Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
3. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us via email at service@macselshop.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we will try to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee it.

We strive to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframe. However, sometimes delays may occur. If your order takes longer than expected to arrive, we will notify you via email and work with you to resolve the issue.
5. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us via email at service@macselshop.com and provide evidence of the damage (e.g., photos). We will replace the damaged item free of charge, unless otherwise agreed upon.
5.2 Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost during transit, we will send a replacement free of charge, unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Exceptions
In some cases, we may need to reach a mutual agreement with you to resolve issues related to damaged or lost parcels. We will work with you to find a fair solution.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona for ecommerce.
